Hello
My husband (Pete B55) and I are purchasing a 2017 Classic by the spring. We’re a decade or so away from retiring but don’t want to wait to see the beautiful US. We have traveled domestically a little and internationally quite a bit and feel we’ve neglected our country’s most beautiful areas.

I’m in charge of interior décor while Pete is managing generators and other necessities.

We’re very excited to join this forum and feel very appreciative of learning about everyone’s experiences; good and bad.
Cheers Maggie B

Congratulations and welcome!

You are right not to wait imho. We bought our AS a few years back whilst still working. It is paid for now and we are retiring early to hit the road in only 3 weeks!

Have fun and be SAFE!

Greetings from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us. You've found the right place for all things Airstream.

We have been traveling the nooks and crannies of the United States for ten years now. It has a great experience.

Brian

Welcome to AirForums....you should find most everything you need here, and likely some things you don't.

Newbie needing advice

Hello all,

I'm a newbie looking for advice. I have a quote for a new 19' International about 20% off MSRP and the possibility of purchasing a preowned 2005 19' International for about $23,000 less. I'm concerned about the risk of preowned. Though at first look, it appears to have been very well taken care of. Can I get some advice from the veterans?
