Newbie - trading Coachman

All my friends have Airstreams and we want one too! I'm tired of our Coachman looking ugly alongside 4+ Airstreams. So... my husband and I have decided to start the journey of finding the perfect Airstream for our family. We have owned a travel trailer for years (Coachman) but have always felt the layout of an Airstream wasn't suited for a family of 5...our chillens are growing up now and we want to make the switch to an Airstream. Haven't done too much research into the different models yet but I know we're interested in one around 30' - we have a friend in New Braunfels TX who restores Airstreams and he does beautiful work. I don't even mind a dull exterior though. I also collect and sell vintage items and always thought it would be fun to stock an Airstream with vintage goodies. I will peruse the site and someday I will own an Airstream too! Lori

Welcome Lori and best of luck to you in your search.

There is plenty of archival data to search through that may help answer any questions that arise during your pursuit. If you can't find the answer you're looking for then post a question to the group.

Keep us posted.
