Hi, glad to be on here. I'm very excited about my 1975 Argosy 22' reno. This is my first camper ever. I purchased it already gutted with the guts all put back inside (Except they threw away the darn air conditioner ). This is going to be a crazy journey but I'm thrilled there are so many on here who have already succeeded.
I'd love to connect with anyone with advice. After all, it takes a village....
Welcome! We are certainly a village on this forum. You will find ALL types! My advice is to read, read, read, then spend some time in your trailer figuring out exactly what you want and where you want it. Go with the major stuff initially, and the rest will fall into place as you build. We used cardboard boxes and painters tape on the floor to mock up stuff. There are lots of computer programs out there to set up your layout, but nothing beats actually walking around to get a feel for what works, and what doesn't.
Good luck!
Welcome to the Forums and the world of Vintage Argosy ownership!

The 22-foot coaches are a nice size that is easy to tow and park yet have comfortable accommodations. I am sure that you will find much enjoyment with your Argosy!

Welcome.
Should be a fun adventure and as stated read the forums lots, look for the full monty threads. Check out your floor and frame and decide if those need work, then plumbing , electrical, insulation... it's a big list.
Let's see some pictures. Have fun and good luck with it.
