Newbie owners

Just a quick hello. Picking up our new AS sport 16' this weekend. Have never been an rv'er and have no idea what we are doing, but looking forward to the adventure. Live in Chicago and plan to take the AS on the weekends and a little longer during summer vacations. Was tough to find an indoor spot to store her that was close and accommodate the size but thankfully in-laws have space for us.
Well just a quick hello and say hi if you see us around. Will be pulling the sport behind a new Volvo!

John and Mike

Welcome,

I hadn't so much as slept in a tent when we got ours. I have a 19'er 2006, and love it. Headaches--yes, cures--yes...where do I get my answers? Right here from a great group willing to help out with all your AS problems. Don't hesitate to ask anything even though you think it is a dumb question (there are none with this group as long as AS is involved). I have always found my answers with friendship added as an extra bonus. I don't think anyone has asked any dumber questions than me. Happy camping!!!!!!

Illinois Beach State Park at Zion, IL is a great destination.
You can still see the Chicago skyline from there.
Good place for a weekend getaway.

You are starting the adventure of a lifetime! Yes, you should be able to find out everything you want in the forum and some things you don't! LOL! Just don't be afraid to ask! Enjoy! Laura
