As for your subfloor, I would be surprised if mice were the original damage to your subfloor. While it's apart, you might be well served to see if you have a leak from above that softened it and then brought in the mice. Most of us have had leaks from bumpers, roof vents, etc, that damaged our floors near the wall. I would investigate further.
The subfloor replacement is under way. We removed the existing subfloor and discovered an entire family of mouse carcasses, mice who met their end nestled in the insulation.

Other than the mouse problem, everything looks great! The frame is clean and has no rust spots and there don't appear to be any areas where leakage has occurred, so once we pull all the disgusting mouse habitat (otherwise known as pink insulation), the new subfloor is set to go in. This trailer sat unused for years in a side yard on a farm, and I think it became a mouse frat house.
