Newbie from Indiana

Hello All,
This is my second post, my first under the hitch section. Lol

I just ordered my first ever RV/TT, a 2019 Globetrotter and I have to admit I知 nervous and excited.

Nervous because I知 learning everything from scratch and excited for all the adventures.

I知 grateful to be part of this community because there痴 so much collaboration and inclusion. I hope you don稚 mind me learning from you all!

I look forward to our future conversations and getting to meet some of you on the road.

Welcome to the forums...a great source of tons of information, opinions, and great ideas. Gets a bit religious on hitches, tires, and tow vehicles, but you are off to a great start..

Try not to get too put off by all the opinionated old folks out here--we're basically opinionated, but "mostly harmless".

And yes, the ultimate answer to the "meaning of life, the universe, and everything" is still "42", even around here...

What length Airstream did you order--everyone will want to know....

EDIT: Ah, now I see it--27 footer. Great size!

Welcome and congrats on the GT.

Greetings from Colorado: Welcome to the Airstream owner's community. I think you will find these Air Forums very informative and kinda fun.

My son has a 1969 Globetrotter 21'. It is nothing like your new one. It is fun for us to see Airstream use an old model name for a newly released trailer. I bet someone has a list of all the model names Airstream has used these last 85 years.

Our WBCCI unit has a Globie with some very interesting history. Evidently part of the history is shared with another Globie that looked quite similar.

Welcome to the forum. Congrats on the new Coach. May it deliver mile after mile of smiles. Please post your travel plans so we can all be jealous about your adventures. Hope to meet you down the road someday. Pat
