Newbie about to take maiden voyage

Hey y'all:

Recently purchased 2018 FC 25RB. Have been browsing for quite some time, even prior to purchase. Decided to join when I had my first issue after taking delivery relating to my Equal-i-zer hitch. Was very grateful for all the helpful responses.
This is my first travel trailer unless you count the pop-up we had WAY back in the day when kids were little. We will take our shakedown trip this weekend to a nearby state park in central IL. I expect to have more questions very soon

Enjoy your first trip! Take things slow and you shouldn't have any problems. Our 25' has been a great trailer, and I'm sure you will feel the same way.

Hello from Colorado: Welcome to the Airstream owner's community. Yes, these Forums are very helpful, at least they have been to me.

Missouri is a very pretty state. It is close to Iowa where I was born and raised. There are many state parks and great places to visit with your new Airstream. Watch out for low branches while in the state parks. Airstreams dent easily.

Have a great time! We too, were once pop-up campers. You’ll think you “died and went to heaven” camping in your new Airstream. Especially if it rains. Enjoy climbing the learning curve!
