New to trailers, just bought a 30' Excella

Hi... we've been making extensive use of this forum to learn about and shop for an Airstream. We've never had a trailer before, but it only took about a half-day of shopping to realize we would only consider an Airstream.

After 4 months of research and shopping we finally bought it in Atlanta (yesterday) and will try to bring it home to Houston around the end of the year.

The forum was unbelievably helpful in our education and thanks to all who spend a lot of time keeping it up and running.

Hopefully, the pics are attached.

What a beautiful Airstream. How can you not get in your truck and go get it? I could hardly wait to drive the 750 miles to pick mine up. Welcome to camping heaven. It gets better the longer you own an Airstream. Welcome to the family.

I'm going to reward with you with good karma for taking the plunge from lurker to poster and proud new Airstream owner. Happy trails!
Very nice looking trailer, btw.

Kevin, The manufacturer of your water heater sells the grill alone, and it is at a very reasonable cost. That's based on my own experience, however, my trailer is an '89 model. One of these days, I'm gonna' splurge and buy a new one!

I've always liked that model, but then of course I might be a little bias.

Congratulations. BTW I'm with envy because you can go camping right away. I sitting here in NH completely snowed in.

Best of luck

Mark

Hello

Kevin, email us so we can get with you about the Vintage rally. We really liked your unit and thought you got a good one. Many happy miles in it. Jan
