I had not owned a trailer until July, but has also camped as a kid.
Honestly, a month of two of obsessive AS forum reading is all you need to be prepared.
Read the owners manual for the AS.
Look on Youtube for videos on how others do various tasks: hitching, unhitching, hooking up components, water, leveling, using the shower and toilets, dumping, storage, water heater, propane, using the awning, and then do some note-taking and don't do anything until you understand why you are doing it.
Then try to find an easy couple of places to camp with level sites that are somewhat close to home. And allow a lot of extra time to do things while you are figuring it all out.
