New to Airstream Forum

Hello. My name is David Weddle. My wife Sue and I are members of unit 69(New Mexico), WBCCI.
We own a 2005 International, 28 feet, CCG, and have a 3/4 ton Chevy diesel that we use for a tow vehicle. We are still pretty green as far as rv life is concerned, but we are getting there! We currently reside in Missouri; used to live in New Mexico, so most of our travels have been back to the Southwest. I have wanted an Airstream for years so this has been a great experience for me. Thats about all of the news I can think of for now.

Welcome to the forums David and Sue.

I am a member of the Four Corners Unit and our events are all over the Southwest as well. Sounds like you have a more then adequate setup with your truck and trailer. I look forward to seeing you on the road someday.

Hey Dave, welcome to the forum. There is a wealth of knowledge and information here. The "search" feature can really help with questions you may have. My wife and I have had our A/S since October and love it. We had other brands for years but the Airstream is definitely a step up.

Hello Dave,
Good to know there's another "streamer" in Springfield. I was surprised Soldiermedic said hello without inviting you to the forum rally the 1st weekend of April--Compton Ridge North in Branson. Check it out--there's a thread on the forum about it.

Thanks

Thanks for the nice welcoming comments. Stray/Soldiermedic, we discussed attending the Compton-Ridge Rally, but work interfers. I do look forward to meeting some of the Missouri Airstreamers. Azflycaster, we fished last fall below Navaho Dam on the San Juan...not many fish for the effort, but had a great time!
The fly fishing is Missouri is great as well. Thanks again. Dave Weddle #1550
