To everyone,

Thanks for all your comments.

Basically the only visible difference between now and the planned completion is a few curtains, propane tanks and a good bath (I'm not physically able to nor financially able to polish her up). Oh and a port-a-potty. One part the previous owner didn't remove was the bathroom/shower. Pretty much non functional. The old toilet is intact but the valve under it was rusted badly and needs to be replaced. Can't find parts to fit the old toilet so...I built a temp platform to cover the valve. That and being it has no waste water tanks by factory design....A port-a-potty is my best option so I can use it on the road if needed. The previous owner did also leave the kitchen sink cabinet in place and the over head aluminum cabinets as well. The vent hood to. the original fan motor still works. A good cleaning and stripping of paint and new paint made it look like new.

Hope to see some of yall out there some time.

Let me know if anyone stays at Land Between The Lakes | HOME at Hillman ferry campground. Maybe I can drop by to visit or if it is a weekend I can get away, I can bring the Airstream...Oh and the wife to.

Kevin & Monique.

Yup Ky does offer quite a few good state parks and we also have lbl not to far from me.

And Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park. Rather small but nice.

We can relate to the financial aspects. Just set your list of priorities and tackle it one at a time. We have some "right now" projects, next yer projects and when "our ship comes in projects."

Dannie, That is exactly what I am doing.

The potable water tank is on the "When my ship comes in" list.
