Hi everyone,
I've recently purchased a 24' Trade Wind Land Yacht. The only number that I could find on it is 249083, but in all of my searches, I can't find a match. The seller isn't sure what year it is. Does this number mean anything to anyone?
Does this mean you do not have a title or Bill of Sale for it. If you have way more to work on. Send pictures and some more help will surely pop up.

Welcome to the Forum.
Is the “Tradewind” plate still next to the door?
The serial number is stamped into that plate and can be hard to read at times.
Here’s a VIN decoder for Airstreams of your vintage.
No plate? Pictures are a big help as are the Vintage Airstream archives. Vintage Airstream Photo Archives
24 means 24 feet, 9 means 1959, 083 means the 83rd to roll out the factory that year. Concatenate and you have 249083. Congratulations, you have a very old Land Yacht.
