Hi Folks ,I'm new to the forums & a proud new owner of a 1990 36' Land Yacht M H . I'm a 69 yo "lady" .Starting out on my own again.
Actually I do not have it home yet. It is 5 hours away in East Point ,Fl.
I bought it cheap,I think. $2,400. To the best of my knowledge, there is nothing mechanical wrong with it. Also no dents, etc. The hard part is ,an older gentleman has lived a bachlors life in it for 4 yrs. It needs lots of TLC and elbow grease. The front window dash pad has a small area of tearing as that is where his dog sleeps. I believe this comes off with about 6 screws. I can reupholster it. The walls are really bad, need cleaned. Any suggestion on what cleaning supplies to use? I know soft soap works great on the leather/vynel. And the bath room LOL Well, Ladies, you understand I'm sure. Any help, suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Hope to meet some of you all down the line. I am near Ocala,Fl. If I ever get this cleaned & liveable I will park for a while near Inverness or Bushnell,Fl.
