We are finally members of the forum that we have been on for a couple of years as guests. My husband & I bought a 1958 Pacer about 3 years ago and we are finally showing some progress. We have done a frame off restoration. My husband replaced exterior panels and polished it to a "sweet" shine. Now we have moved on to the major systems- propane, plumbing & electrical. We have decided to have the original look on the exterior but update the inside- new cabinets, a wetbath, and new appliances. We are hoping to have it ready for use late summer. The snag is-- my husband is restoring our tow vehicle at the same time. A 1949 Chevy suburban. Hope to have some pictures when I learn more about the process. R&P

Welcome! Glad to hear from you. I know I'm not going to be the only one who can't wait to see pictures of your Pacer and Suburban!

Welcome sub.stream,

Glad you made the transition from lurker to member. A 49? That will be quite a combination. We'd love to see it.

Kevin
