Question new member - wanna be

I am an airsteam wanna be!!! I have looked at your website for a couple of months now and finally joined today.

I had not planned on buying and airstream for another year or so. My youngest child graduates from highschool this year and I needed to save a little more money before I took the big leap to buy an airstream, BUT I saw an airstream for sale in my hometown this week! It is a 25 ft FB Safari. It is the floorplan I have been looking for. I have been searching the internet this weekend trying to get an idea of a good price. Any suggestions on the best place to price a used airstream?

Welcome to the forums! Any additional details to share on the Airstream you're looking at? (year, features, etc.) Good luck with your decision!

Mel, thanks so much for your welcome email. I love your state and will head that way this summer if I get to buy this airstream!

Welcome from the Florida Panhandle

Welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us.

We have a 2005 25FB named Lucy, and love the FB floorplan. We have spent 230 nights in Lucy, and have towed her almost 30,000 miles. 2005 was the first year for the FB.

I would follow the prices on Ebay and in the CLASSIFIED section of these Forums. There can be some really good deals out there.

Brian

Thanks so much for the welcome. Do you have the Safari, the Safari SE, or the Safari SS. I am just starting to learn.

Thanks!
