New member saying hello

Hello,
Just wanted to say hi. I am currently working on my 1990 36' land yacht. I have numerous problems to sort out before summer. I bought this motorhome last year went to the races at Mid-Ohio and found out I have some problems that needed fixed before summer. Most of the problem are a leaking roof that leads to all the headliners falling apart throughout the coach. The coach only has 29,000 miles but had sat in Texas for 10 year facing the west. Charging system has a bad Magnetek 950-2-4 charger need to find replacment or coil for unit. Need to rebulid step motor assembly or replacement
