new member - restoring 1970 tradewind

Hello I'm new to this site and I am getting ready to restore a 1970 25' tradewind I bought 5 years ago and have been using for a home away from home. I have no idea where to start but the individual I bought the trailer from has already redone the floors and recovered the couches. I would like to go as orginal as possible but don't have the refrigerator.
