New Member Needs HELP!

Hello, I am a new member who needs help asap! My company is borrowing a 1983 Airstream 310 from a friend, and would like to fix the broken window as a thank you.

We are located in San Francisco, CA, and I have been in touch with the East Bay RV people to help fix it. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other Airstream parts dealers or salvaged parts places where I might get help fixing this window. I don't know anything about automobiles or RVs in general so I don't quite know how to go about fixing this window.

Any and all help is appreciated -
Thanks so much.

I've used Colaw's Salvage before. They replaced a window for me..sent it out UPS in 3 days. They were very good to me. Prompt and courteous service.

Inland rv in CA ships glass for as cheap as I have seen. My local dealer, Oasis RV was within 10$. Seemed within the ballpark of autoglass, maybe 1.5x, but not totally outrageous (like 10x).

Might be your best bet to get some factory fresh glass as well as the seals and other attachements that are sometimes necessary. Your big cost is going to be labor whether your company puts up the employees or you pay a shop, forget about the cost of the glass. Especially if you screw it up and it leaks or you damage something, if you take it to a reputable shop then they will warranty their work as well as make good if something else get's broken in the process.
