New Member, Just picked up a 1967 Globetrotter TODAY!

Hey folks,
I finally pulled the trigger on one. We found one in Houston, and I shot down there with cash and made it happen. The only problem on the way back is that the panel that has the license plate on it fell off somewhere. I tried to double back and find it, but no luck.

I haven't taken any pictures yet, but I think the CL ad is up. Super nice folks.

1967 Airstream Globetrotter 20ft

Ill take some better pics tomorrow. Shes really straight, and pulled really well. I'm going to systems check this weekend.

welcome and congratulations.

Not to Worry.
Your lost rear access panel can be replicated from materials available at "Vintage Trailer Supply". A supplier that you may become very familiar with...

I remember seeing that one on CL. Minor remodel and you should be good to go. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone....It's an old unmolested trailer which is what we were looking for. I know it will need some work, but the bones are really good and it pulled like a dream 4 hours back home.

It looks very nice, the exterior looks super! My only complaint would be that they painted all the wood. It makes it look very stark inside.

Not to fear, we are taking that all back down to the wood!
