Smile New Member- Introduction

Greetings!

Have recently purchased 1964 Overlander that needs restoration from the floor up. I am excited about the potential but am balanced with the reality of never heaving restored an AirStream before.

I look forward to posting messages and will hopefully receive valuable input from other members who have travelled this road before.

Thanks

New Member- Introduction

Greetings 64Overlander!

Welcome to the Forums and the world of '64 Overlander ownership!

There are numerous owners of Overlanders here on the Forums, and a surprising number of '64 Overlanders numbered among them.

The '64 Airstreams were the last to have the door-within-a-door entry, and the jalousy windows beside the entry door. I have known my Overlander since it was new when friends of my family purchased the coach new -- I have owned it for a little more than 12 years. I have most of the original factory literature that came with my coach (I have recently moved so it isn't right at my fingers) -- will be happy to try to answer any questions that you may have about the coach.

Good luck with your Overlander!

Kevin
