Thanks, I do too, I get weary trying to collect rent; it's more work than I thought it would be, and I am ready to shed them. I have a 4 unit townhome building, and finding just 4 renters that will actually pay rent is proving to be more challenging than I ever thought it would. It's sad to see how many folks just don't pay their bills! I never thought of living that way, just the way I was raised, you know. Anyway, I am hoping to get on the road soon.

BTW I love that handle, Rivet Master! Is there a story there? My parents worked at Lockheed, and the guys on the line called the structural assembly "buckin' rivets", if you had to deal with the skins of the aircraft.
In my hiking days (and CB days) I went by the handle TrailBoss for a while...

Know what you mean about rental property. Sold all of ours and it feels good. We thought they would be security for the future, turned out to be a headache for the present. One tenant that we thought was great had a water heater leak for several months and never bother to tell us. Most of the floors in the home had to be replaced after they moved out. Several walls were also damaged. Another renter must have gone wild with wine on the new beige carpet. When she was drinking she also put up walpaper borders in every room. UGH.
