Recently purchased a MH. Was a Family Funeral Coach at one point but was converted to a MH sometime later. Does Airstream keep records of work that it does? Whos should I contact?

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forums. If Airstream did the work, they may have records. But there are a lot of after market companies out there that also could have done the work.
Awhile back, I saw an Airstream MH that was used by a funeral home. I wonder if your rig is the same one?! Do you have any photos you could post!

We're in Alpharetta, too! Congrats! You should bring it up to Hiawassee in October.

Hey pwhittle, congrats on your Airstream "funeral coach". How cool.
Do check out the Falluminum thread about our rally in Hiawassee, GA. We'd love for you to join us. Another forum member will be there with a funeral coach converted to a golf shop and showroom. We could be the only rally to have TWO funeral coaches in attendance.

I agree! Welcome to the Forums. Please use the Search feature when you seek info on whatever.
If you can, the Rally in Hiwassee (North Georgia Fairgrounds Campground) October 26-28 will be great fun.
Here is a picture of the former funeral coach that Sugarfoot mentions.

Paul, welcome to the weirdest catagory of motorhomes and Airstreams. What length is your coach, and which year model? How much conversion was done?
All I've done to my unit was to remove the forward club seat arrangement for display room. As well as removing the casket chamber and removing the bulkhead that seperated the back end from the front.
I don't have a shower and can live with that for the extra room.
My rig now has about 80,000 miles on it. I've added headers and flow through exhaust as well as improving the air intake situation.
Would love to see you in Hiawasse next month. We could have a parade....short one but a parade none the less.

A Hit at Halloween
Hi Paul, and welcome to the forums. You really should try to make the Faluminumium Rally if you can. It's just before Halloween. Your former funeral coach would be a big hit.

Believe it or not, I'd not given any thought to Halloween. Most folks just don't get the Funeral Coach, even after touring it. I can hear the music, see the parade. White hankies in the air, clairents in the background..... coffin ever so slightly bumped out as the side door is held back.
Well throw you some beads if you'll show us .............................. er never mind. NOLA is just a memory.

And I'll bring some tamborines , but I've GOTTA HAVE MORE COWBELL!
But Paul, I digress. Welcome to the forum! We're in east Cobb - neighbors!
I feel compelled to show you a picture of our AS from last Halloween. Yes, you should be worried.
Hope you can make Falluminum!
