My name is Mirissa and my husband (mrcjdunne) and I bought a 1969 Silver Streak Rocket last weekend. Overall, it seems to be in really good, original shape. Unfortunately, due to my husband's work schedule, we won't be able to take possession of it until early October. I haven't even had the chance to see it in person! So, in the meantime we're having fun trying to learn as much as possible about these trailers. And trying to figure out how it's going to live in our yard (but that's another post).

Congratulations

I was hoping you guys would put some pics up here. What a beautiful Silverstreak. I love the control pannel in the kitchen. Can't wait to go recover this trailer.

That is a nice looking trailer! Hope to see you about and about in it sometime, we're almost neighbors!

We're having a rally in Kernville in October if you're up to it.

That's a beauty!! The optional "trunk" is a unique item, isn't it?

Welcome to the forums! Beautiful photos.... I can see why you can't wait! But, until then... plan what to put in it, how to stock it, and where your first camp out will be!

Thanks for the welcome everyone. We are really itching to get it home.

ASwifey, I'd love to do the rally, but I'm not sure we'll be ready to camp that soon.

Rednax, is that mailing list still active? I'd love to find a community of silver streakers.
