New Member, 69 Caravel

Howdy from the deep south, home of grits & collard greens. I have a 1969 Caravel that is going to need a bit of work! I do believe that this is the right place for me as I go through the trailer and fix the problems that it has. With the help of others anything is possible. For starters where is spell check My wife and I have had and enjoyed the trailer from our base in the Atlanta area for a while. We pull the trailer with a Chevy truck and it follows along like a puppy.Our love of Aluminum started about twenty years ago with the finding a FeatherCraft boat in a boat graveyard.

You might want to do a search on Feathercraft as there are several folks working a thread right now on their boats they are restoring, in addition to their trailers. It seems aluminum attracts aluminum.
