Hi---I've been reading the various forums for a few weeks and decided it's time to join up and chime in. I'm new to airstreaming and travel trailering having purchased a 2003 22 ft International CCD last year. Having a great time and still in the learning phase on how everything works.

We use the trailer for dry camping in the West, about 8,000 miles so far, and as a hospitality unit for the family at vintage auto racing events. We race a 1959 TR3 in HSR West events. The trailer has 2500# dexter axles, without any shocks. Took in my first international at Salem and found the AS supplier 30 minute seminars most helpful.

That's all for now----Bob

So welcome to the forums Bob! Would not having shocks be a shock to you? From a guy who races vintage TR3's I'd think shocks would never cross your mind. That and electricity, noting that Lucas was the original Prince of Darkness.
Of course the lights/electric would never go out on a dry day ....always on a wet, cold and very dark night.
