Just to introduce myself, I live and work in Oakland, purchased a used 2004 Bambi in St Louis, MO, which I towed back to the coast in 3-4 days on Hwy 80. Love the unit, and have enjoyed getting to know it. It is presently stored in the country, but I am looking forward to taking it to Utah and skiing for the winter...

Welcome to the Forum and Congratulations on your new (baby) Banbi. Stored out in the country, Oakland? I hope you have it indoors. The salt air and weather if close to and industrial zone can be hard on the new finish. Anyhoo, be sure to take a extra heater to Utah to supplement the furnace cause it can get real cold if you run out of propane.
Hi Jonathan,
Where do you ski in Utah and where do you park your rv? I enjoy skiing at Solitude but have stayed at hotels in the past. I also ski Mammoth and park the Airstream in Bishop where it is a little warmer. I would love to take my trailer to Utah next ski trip.

Hi Jonathan, my 1989 32' Excella is originally from Bill Thomas in Wentzvill, Mo. I bought it in Bayfield WI last summer. We totally remodeled the interior.
I have a 6 month contract in Oakland so I've been living in it for a month now and have settled in. There is a trailer park in San Leandro that has been around for quite awhile.
