Make sure the trailoer is waterproofed from the rain.
All the exterior gaskets will be bad, unless they have been replaced. There are far superior window gaskets available, that do a far better job of sealing.
Make sure all the appliances are function as they should, not just working.
Check for LPG leaks.
The running gear, tires wheel, hub and drums, should all be balanced as an assembly.
Be easy on the hitch rating. Excessive rated hitches will lead to damaging the trailer and some of it's components.
