Interesting trailer, special ed! Don't you wish these old vintage coaches could talk. Definitely not your everday garden variety. Congratulations on your find, you have so many possibilities ahead. Please keep us posted.

Another Mississipian

What a great looking trailer. Did you find it here in Mississippi. Welcome aboard the forums. Maybe you will have it ready when we are able to have another Mississippi get together.

The only evidence of plumbing left is at the rear. There are two holes through the belly pan that look like something with function was there. I aquired the trailer from one of my older neighbors who aquired it from someone who used it as a deer camp. At some point it must have been used as a field office for a logging company; there are modular phone jacks on the interior and some of the company lettering is visible on the curbside. But not enough to get the whole name. Ill post pics and info on what I find under the top layer of rotting plywood. Maybe there will still be some of the original floor. Thanks for all the comments .Your input is making this alot more fun.

Hello special ed,

this is a very interesting trailer for certain .I'd say special ordered for a specific thing ,be it an office trailer or ? it has no front water tank fill ,battery
box on the front either ,as it would have in a regular order travel trailer.
wonder if it could be researched thru previouse owners and the serial #
possibly .Still a cool airstream and most probably one of a kind at this point
after 48 years .
