When I was looking at floor plans, I didn't find any with the sink, range, and refrigerator along the forward bulkhead, as is in this trailer. Perhaps that is an identifier of a different model than a Bubble.

One of the most familiar of the 1950s Vintage Airstreams with a front kitchen was the Safari (22-feet). You can view the sales brochure on the Airstream website at this
link. Custom models were quite common during the 1950s so it would be within the real of possibilities that the original purchaser may have ordered a Bubble with a front kitchen similar to that of the Safari.
Good luck with your investigation!
