When I was looking at floor plans, I didn't find any with the sink, range, and refrigerator along the forward bulkhead, as is in this trailer. Perhaps that is an identifier of a different model than a Bubble.
One of the most familiar of the 1950s Vintage Airstreams with a front kitchen was the Safari (22-feet). You can view the sales brochure on the Airstream website at this link
. Custom models were quite common during the 1950s so it would be within the real of possibilities that the original purchaser may have ordered a Bubble with a front kitchen similar to that of the Safari.
