Probably not. Check the weight specs before you commit. There is plenty of info on the Forum to inform your decision. Try the "search" function to get started. Welcome.

some will say yes, those who have used Astro vans, Toyota forerunners, etc, but the reality is a V-8 is much better suited to towing a 24-25 footer.

Hi Bob welcome to the Forums. There are a lot more things to consider than engine size. Such as your wheelbase, GVWR-gross vehicle weight rating, does your vehicle have a tow package ? etc.

Use the search function on these items and you will surely find all the info you are looking for.

What kind of vehicle do you have ?

The more vintage you go the lighter the trailers get to a degree. In my opinion I wouldn't tow with anything less than a v-8 but I do believe there are some forums members that tow with their v-6 vehicles. Hopefully they will chime in here.

I go along with the majority, unless you pull the 24' empty, nothing less than a V8 is the right call. Depending on the final weight when loaded and the type of terrain, even some V8s are not enough to tow comfortably. On the other hand, you can pull your AS with anything, including a 4 cylinder, but it sure aint gonna be fun, and what good is it if it isnt fun.
