New Airstream 1969 Overlander

Happiness! I have always wanted to own an airstream and 2 weeks ago it finally happened. In 1969 my parents bought a 27' International Overlander, in the late 80's they gave it to my sister then she just passed it on to me. It has been left unused/unloved for the last 12 years so dh and I will have to renovate it. It needs a lot of work and I expect we will learn a lot as we go. What an exciting adventure we are in for. Always had fun camping in it as a teen.

What a great gift! Lots of work in front of you but I'm sure it will be worth it. One day I hope to post with a purchase announcement.
