new 2018 Classic 33'

Hello! My husband and I recently purchased a 33 ft 2018 Classic and look forward to picking it up in the spring time in New Jersey and driving it up here to Nova Scotia, Canada, where we live. This forum was of great help when we were doing homework and trying to figure out what we really wanted in a travel trailer and we hope to give to the community once we start our adventures!!

Hello from Colorado and welcome to the Airstream community. We have Airstream friends that travel your beautiful country in June for the last three years. We will have to go there some day too.

We have an 1986 Classic Limited that has been in the family since new. It has been to Nova Scotia, Alaska, California, Mexico, Florida, and all kinds of places in between. It has held up well over the last 31 years. We inherited the Airstream and have taken several travel adventures in it. The Oregon coast and Redwood forests trip was our favorite so far.

You are in store for many Airstream travel adventures. It keeps you young.

Congrats. Beautiful part of the country and a great trailer to see it with. The bathroom on the new 33 Classic is just gorgeous.
Would love to see a 27' Classic.

I also just purchased one to semi-retire after being at a desk job for 28 years and looking forward to the freedom and adventures ahead of me. Also hoping mine will stay in the family for many years to come (like the 1986 above) and given the excitement my (adult) children greeted the announcement with, who are splayed across this beautiful country, this grandma will finally get to spend the quality time with grandkids that are growing up way too fast. Congrats on your 33!

Octarine: Also welcome to all things Airstream. You purchased a very good trailer indeed. We used our 86 Airstream to travel to Colorado many times to see our sons and grandkids. Now we live here and are retired offering the time to just take off. And we love it. I think you will too.

How remote does a guy have to be to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city? We found this spot for a few days. Very relaxing. Not exactly roughing it with the Airstream with us. Too hot, no problem, too cold, no problem, raining, no problem, hungry, no problem, bathroom, no problem, nap, no problem.

Welcome WA - Spring will come soon enough and you have a new Airstream and new adventures to look forward to. Maybe you can fly to Ohio and watch it being assembled.
