New 2008 22' Safari Sport- Woo Hoo!

Greetings Airstreamers!

I'm in my new 22' Safari Sport and I can't seem to stay out of it! I have wanted an Airstream for years and I'm delighted with my new unit.
I'm in middle Georgia and plan runs to Florida and the Georgia cost and Arizona soon! She pulls like a dream behind my 07 Toyota Tundra 5.7L

I've learned so much from you guys and gals! Nice to be a part of the group- Carl

Congrats! The Sport is a good looking trailer. I can tell you're excited and you should be. Have fun and post more pics. What's the loo look like?

Congratulations! I checked out the Safari Sport models at Colonial a couple of months ago and was very impressed by the design and their use of space.
Happy camping.

Congratulations! I love the shiny tambour doors and the hideaway sink and burners. I would LOVE a rear bathroom like that too all that space and a window. Pretty cool!! What's your first trip planned any place in particular in Florida, Georgia or Arizona or are you just gonna "cruise?" You should go to the forums rally in Santa Rosa Beach Florida, first weekend in January, the Can Opener. We'd love to see your new Airstream at Open House and to meet you, of course!

That little guy is way cool! We saw some like him at JC in October. I think that Airstream has a big hit with the Sports.

Congrats on your new baby! Best wishes and safe travel.

We need to see more pictures of the interior.

Trips

I'm planning trips to Jeckyll Island on the Georgia coast, Highlands, NC and Sedona, AZ. I hope to male it to the Topsail Rally in Florida. I'll be in New Orleans for New Year's and will have to head out the day I return to make it, but it sounds like a way cool Rally! I hope to be there.

More pictures coming! - Carl

Congratulations! Nancy and I feel the same about our '05 safari. The new floor plan for the '08 is a terrific improvement. Happy travels!

Nice trailer Carl. Enjoy it! Looking at the first photo made me realize I have never put up the television antenna on my Safari. Maybe that's because we don't have a television- we watch DVDs.

Nice Trailer

I think Airstream took a good step forward (although really back to some really good ideas from the past ). The sports are so nicely designed and will fill a much desired need for people.

Congratulations and hope to see you on the Georgia byways.
