Car to trailer connection

I am trying to wire my tv to connect my '66 Tradewind. I have been following the diagrams that I have found but I am still not sure to which pin the 'Charge wire' connects to. Please advise me with this. Also my AS does not have back-up lights so is that pin marked '12v' the pin I can ignore? Thank you, Neil.

Trailers like cars, are a couple of months ahead of their model year. If for example, it were built in November of '65 and sold in December '65, it could be a '66 trailer registered in '65.

It's most likely a battery polarity light. This thread explains it in more detail:
