Need info on 84 Sovereign 25'

I am considering the purchase of the above noted airstream trailer and am interested in knowing more about them. This one needs updating, replacing carpet, etc. Anyone out there that can guide me in determining a fair price? I will have more details next weekend about the condition of the trailer.

However, that price can increase or decrease, sometimes substancially, depending on the condition.

The condition of appliances, upholstery, carpet, drapes, cabinets, rotted floor, body damage, axles, exterior gaskets, windows, water leaks, are all a determining factor.
