Question Need Help and info about dealer - Middle TN

Hello to all,
We need help with determining if this dealer is reputable and reliable - any input from the members is always valued.
We're in the process of looking and have gotten lots of quotes on-line.
Has anyone had any dealings with Middle Tenn Airstream in Cookeville,TN.
They have given us a great quote but need more info about them from others.
Thanks

We were at a Region 6 rally this fall and they had brought some demos for folks to look at. The sales person that was there impressed me as being a straight shooter. This "Gut" feelings mind you.---------pieman

I bought my 2005 28' Safari from them in Feb. 06' originally looking for a 25FB, they made me a deal I couldn't turn down on 28'. Warranty service (minor issues) has been "Top Notch" as well. They go the extra mile. Salesman was Doug Hall.

Middle Tenn

We bought our 31' Classic from Middle Tenn Airstream in Feb '06. Smooth transaction and their service dept has been reliable and fast. We would do business with them again. Our salesperson was Pam Roach.

I can't contribute much of anything useful other than saying we swung by there a couple of years ago (I went to school in Cookeville) after they first opened and were impressed with the selection of Airstreams on display. The units were unlocked, so my wife & I toured them all.

Beautiful area there on top of the Cumberland Plateau. See if they will let you "test 'er out" at Dale Hollow Lake.

I have talked with several of their sales persons at the last two RV shows in Nashville. They had 3 units at each show, had plenty of catalogs and were nice individuals to talk with. I haven't been to their dealership yet.

we have only dealt with them for parts and trying to get service on out vintage motorhome. they were very kind and seemed like a good place to do business. the only fault we found was that our unit needed some engine work and they not only don't work on them, they didn't even know who could. they did finally give us a couple of ideas and we went on our own looking for the repair place they thought might have done some work for them. they didn't even know the name of the place, ut they did head us in the right direction. just a feeling, but i think they would be a good place to do business. good luck!
