I have lots of questions to come, our baby was very well taken care of by her previous 3 owners, but there will be maintenance to be done. thanks for letting me join in the fun. p.s. i have horrible grammar and spelling so bear with me, ha ha

If you look to the top of your page, you'll see the word "community". Click on it & a drop-down list will come up. Click onto "members" and you will see the whole list of members including their state/providences.
P.S. Sorry, I spelled globetrotter as globtrotter! Put some pictures up of your new baby! We'd love to see some

a little info
snow!!!
we have had such crazy weather up here that i haven't got to many photos yet...
we bought this trailer from such a nice guy, a member here! i believe we are the 4th owners. The first owners had it for 30? years, took perfect care of it and went out once a year to a rally near by. the next owner added awning, did matainence. the last owner redid the electrical, toliet and started to get the wood interior back to beautiful! over all in great shape and mostly original. we want keep it original but with mods to make it work for our family of 4.
we have a great '65 from a line of loving owners.

Haha,i thought i had spelled it wrong ...
Thanks for the tip, there are lots from Canada! It doesn't seem there are any very close to me. I think we are the only AS in town, maybe the only in the surrounding towns also.
My mother in law swears there is a caravan that goes through here headed up to Churchill, Manitoba, but I can't find any mention of it- tryed here and other forums too- any suggesstions?

Your trailer looks really nice! Looks like it has all the bells & whistles too! To look for rallies, scroll down on the opening page & they're listed toward the bottom. I think there's a section in the "forum" area for them too. Hope your snow melted by now & you can get out to play with your Globetrotter!

Snow is almost all gone
!! I have been investigating the inside, we are going to leave her pretty much as is this year, camp a bit and decide what... If any mods we want to make. She needs new flooring, and to seal and polish exterior. I think I will just make some curtains this year to replace old broken blinds that are up. The PO modified the street side gaucho to a booth-ish seating area. We want to get that back to original so we can have our kids sleep there. Just need to find the time.

Greetings
Hi Kdawn
I've been lurking , I mean researching in the forums for a long time, as I have hoped to do some upgrades to our Airstream. I've never done any posting, just gathering advice and information.
Was I surprized to find you! We have a 1965 Globetrotter located at Clearwater Lake, MB. Just a short jaunt from you.
We've had our trailer since 2005 (I think). We love it. I'll have to make a proper introduction and post pics in the intro section.
Have you been out camping yet?

Our first camping trip with her is to bakers narrows in August, I would love to see some photos of another gt so close!
