More Texans!

Picked up our 26u in March and have had it out once. Going to Arkansas next week and Colorado in July. I sold my German car repair shop of 40 years and my lovely bride is a retired 4th grade teacher. We have traveled all over the country on our BMW bike and love to fish on the Texas coast. We have never camped before but our two Yorkie puppies pose a challenge at hotels. We are both very allergic to dogs and cats with few exceptions (Yorkies being one) and if we stay in a room where pets are allowed, we'll need the paramedics by morning. A trailer seemed a logical solution. We'll see!

I've enjoyed outfitting the AS and am upgrading the converter this weekend. Already have the backup camera installed, tire pressure monitors and hub centric rings are on the wheels. I should have bought stock in Amazon when we got the trailer.

Try out TAHI (Texas Airstream Harbor, Incorporated) at texasairstreamharbor.com

Very dog friendly - right on Sam Rayburn Reservoir (Lake).

LOTS of recent retirees with similar views and camping requirements.

We may surprise you!!!

PM me for a comp camping night.
