Made the plunge

Well we have committed to purchasing a 2015 25' FB Flying Cloud and will pick it up at month's end. It is our third and most definitely last RV for awhile. (3 in the last 2 years) We are looking forward to not towing a wind-catching behemoth and the style of the AS seems perfect for us. We are excited.
A question for you all.
If you had 3 weeks in Oct. (which we do) where would you go and what would you do?
We're considering the Smokey Mtns and southern Appalachians and Colorado/New Mexico/ Arizona but plans are open ended. We especially like state parks vs. commercial settings.
