You can find members near you by going to "community", then "members list", then click on "search members" (this is hard to find, it's in the heavy blue bar about 1/3 of the way down the page), then click on "advanced search" at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Now fill in the town name or any of the other data and the search will be filtered by what you type in.
I filled in "Seattle," at least 100 posts, and last post "since 2012-01-01". The results were:

If you use the same filters for Washington state, you get 34 names. I know there are some active Streamers out there who don't post much, or at all, so you will miss a few, but if you don't use effective filters the list will be full of names who have joined, but who really aren't enthusiasts.

LACI80 is also in Tonasket, joined in June 2012, but has zero posts so far.
