The one pic with the chicken-wire, I had noticed the floor looked like it was sagging. It's hard to see. I should have turned those pics.

The skin on this one looks pretty good as far as no dents. In my search for a Caravel I found many with pretty major dings. A good shell goes a long way in my book. Looking at the outside and knowing that it has been sitting, go ahead and assume that you will be pulling out all the interiors and replacing the floor. If the mice have set up camp- you will want a new floor. It is the only way to get rid of the stink they create. I might put the value at $1200 to $2400. The high end of that figure if the original furniture is intact (at least to use as templates).
