Longtime campers, but new to this site.

My husband and I have been airstreamers since 1970 when we lived in El Paso TX. We later acquired an argosy in 1977. Then we acquired teenagers who didn't like camping. However in the mid 1990's they left and we started over with a 27' airstream, but too large for national parks, so we are now enjoying our 1987 25' sovereign. We also sail, so camping is limited to a 2-3 week trip and a little local midwest exploring. We will be expanding our camping days soon and are considering a stint as campground hosts, any recommendations?
State parks are our favorite destination.

Welcome!! Come to Colorado. The summers are great and we have lots of state parks. There is even a little sailing in parts. Being I am not a native I just can't get over the fact that the water could ever warm up enough after it has been covered in ice.

Good Luck
