Thanks everyone! The floor is in really good shape. I can't find any rot. Where exactly will I see if the axles are welded on? I was told they were, but I was having a hard time finding the weld marks yesterday. Bruce, I did get it from the Tractor Service shop. The guy had purchased it a few years ago for his friend to stay in while he visited him. It doesn't look like the trailer has been driven very much either. Upon closer inspection, the badge next to the door does say "International Land Yacht". It was so faded that I orginally couldn't see it. Plus my VIN starts with "I".

Yes, when he bought that trailer, he put it there on the yard and to my knowledge that is where it has stayed. More than likely your part of your welds will be covered by the belly pan. The others will be on the vertical edges of the angle iron coming up the side of the frame.
