Smile Just got my first Airstream and moving in tomorrow

Hi Everyone,

I just purchased my first Airstream. It's a beautiful 1981 31' Excella II.

I'm a totally newbie to this but I'm really excited and can't wait to move in. It needs a bit of work ( a new fridge, battery and the external power plug doesn't exist). I'm sure that there will be more to fix.

I've got a pretty deep lot in Austin, Texas. I have tenants in a house in the front of the lot and I fenced off the back for myself.

Although I will initially sharing water and electricity with the house I intend to go of grid with ASAP.

Let the fun begin.

Congratulations! We are also new owners, and looking forward to some renovations, and new adventures! Good luck.
