...Knowledge Is Power, Information Is The Key
Welcome! We've had four 'streamies, two trailers & two mo/hos. Love our "Bess",
'83 310 turbo diesel, over 200k & going strong @ 15 mpg. Toss up on trailers or
mo/hos, they have their points/drawbacks. Me? mo/ho.
An Argosy would be a tight fit for someone handicapped (whether physically, mentally, or in your case both) My dad has a tough time getting around in mine due to hi M.S.. And that is with the gauchos in the "couch" position. On the other hand are the MH's. Mom and Dad had a 40 foot Discovery for three years (they just got rid of it after making all the trips they wanted to). He was able to move around quite well, even with out slide outs. They hauled a toad around. But that is not as much work as setting up a trailer upon arrival. The older Airstream MH's I've been in are pretty roomy, but not as roomy as my mom and dad's big Discovery.
So as much as I would love to haul my Argy down to you, it's probably not the best fit to your needs, my friend.
