Live outside Ft White FL. Bought a 1973 Argosy 26 two weeks ago. Pretty good shape. I have been working on it as well as Sanders Airstream Gainesville ( Hal Sanders parts and service great guy). We have been camping a little (50 years) and look forward to camping with our new group. We were guest hosts at Cloudland Canyon ,a GA state park last summer and will be hosting at Black Rock Mountain ( another Ga state park) this summer
A warm welcome from Colorado. Colorado is a whole lot different than Florida. Both states are very nice in their own right. Congratulations on your vintage Argosy. I don't remember the year Airstream started the Argosy line, but it was close to 73. It was the "innovation" line where Airstream engineers tried new techniques with less exposure incase something went wrong. The panoramic front windows are a good example of the innovation which are still used today. The steel end caps and painted bodies didn't make the cut I guess.
Get your Argosy all ready to go and enjoy it. Here is a 75 Argosy owned by a nice fella I met in a campground. His trailer had been extensively restored. It looked great.
