Please keep us up to date on your shoping adventures. I think a lot of people on this forum will learn much from your experience.

Attention Management:

Apparently I am too stupid to function on this site.

I have spent a good part of the morning trying to log in and being blocked at every turn. FINALLY, I made it in, but it's not worth it to me to have to go through this. I certainly appreciate the existence of this place and all of the great information the good folks here have shared.

I guess I will now have to continue with my search for Airstream information and the eventual purchase from some other source. I do not have the time nor desire to screw around with a system that refuses to cooperate... sorry, it's just too frustrating to me and considered a waste of my time.

So, I wish you all the best.

Please delete my file, including all of my personal information,

Best regards,

You should contact a moderator before giving up and see if they can get you past the issues. I am not experiencing any issues with the site. At the bottom of the screen the moderators screen names are in dark type. You can contact any of them for information and help.
Sorry that you are having so much trouble. IMHO, you will not find a more helpful place to get information about Airstreams and RV mechanicals.

Gator...please don't go! If you are having trouble navigating, let one of the moderators help you get it figured out...there are some tricks to it and you'll get better with time... We all had to learn the system a bit!

Hang in there!

Dan, Hope you find what you are looking for. I just purchased my 1st and hopefuly my only AS. I searched all the listings and especially ebay. After months of searching, I was going to settle for a new one that was on the dealers lot for 2 years. The price was higher than I wanted to go, but there just did not seem to be anything out there a couple of years old and in good shape. Then it appeared. My 2005 Safari 25FB was listed on ebay and within 2 hours of my house. The auction was to end before we could see it and I didn't want to buy sight unseen. We worked out a deal and I now own my AS. Keep looking and don't just settle for something. Sooner or later the right one will come up. The dealer I was looking at was Bates RV in Tampa, they have all their AS available to look at on-line. By the way, we will be taking our first trip this weekend!
