Hi Buendia35,
welcome to the forums and the world of Airstreaming! There are several people who transported their Airstream to Europe. I did it last year and Remco did it last month. Axel is doing it next year, so there is plenty of information you can get. Just ask what you need to know...
Regards,
Bjoern

International shipping
Hi, and greetings from the UK!
I have just received my Airsteam from the US. The shipping line I used (K Line) also includes the Med in their routes. Have a look at their website. I can also recommend a shipping agent - email me.

The individual who purchased my '77 Excella 500 used this company when shipping the trailer to Germany. It made it so all was well.

Hi again Buendia,
I can personally recommend Andy Steinmetz. He was my shipping agent and did a fantastic job!

Hi,
I'm looking to ship my Airstream to England (Southhampton) from CA. I'm having difficulty finding a shipper from the west coast. Does anyone have a referral to a shipping company who ships either from LA or Oakland, CA to England??
Thanks,
Jeanne

Hi Jeanne,
I would strongly recommend you look into road transport to the nearest east-coast port which is Galveston TX. Road transport for Airstreams is very well catered for and the prices are very competetive - ask here. At Galveston you have access to the K-Line shipping routes which cover Mexico, east-coast USA and onto UK, Europe and the Med. Contact Andy Steinmetz on the details given above. He is looking after my second shipment - a 29ft Excella which is being transported from New Jersey to Maryland today - he is a gentleman of the first order! Mail me if you want any more advice.
