Hello from Colorado: I'm a volunteer inspector, but I ain't in Raleigh. As OTRA15 said, you can request an inspection here on these Forums.
Go to the "Portal" page, the tab of which is located at the far left of the upper taskbar. Then scroll down about 2/3 of the way. Look for Airstream Inspector "form" on the right column of the page. Fill out the form and hit submit. Air Forums will alert volunteer inspectors in the area where needed. One may contact you through the Forums. Your contact information is not made public on the Forums.
